Location: Raouche, Beirut
A 16 story building, directly facing the infamous Raouche Rock, the Shell building has been a well-known icon of the area’s skyline for many years. The mission was a complete renovation of the building, from underground, to roof, including the interior apartments, in order for it to compete with the newly constructed buildings in the surrounding area, and to restore its previous glamour.
